Aomni accounts are the nexus of all the action in Aomni. All of the research, AI Chat, Deals, Contacts and AI Automations for an account will be contained in an account’s workspace.

  1. AI chat: Chat with your Aomni agent just like you would with your favorite LLM chatbot. The only difference is Aomni performs far better because it has access to your GTM knowledge base and all of the account research it has already completed. Check out our detailed guide to AI Chat
  2. Share account: Invite a coworker to view your account workspace and all the content you’ve created inside it, no registration or extra cost required.
  3. Firmographics: Basic info and quick links for your account.
  4. Products & services: Aomni will identify all of the products and services offered by your target account, so you can get a full picture of what they offer. Especially useful if you’re targeting mid-market and enterprise prospects.
  5. Contacts: Access all contacts associated with an account. By default, Aomni’s AI will search our own contact database to recommend contacts for you who match your ICP. You can also import contacts from your CRM by following CRM Integration Guide or manually enter new contact details. Select a contact to view enriched data plus in-depth Contacts.
  6. Deals: Switch between each of the Deals associated with an account
  7. Deal overview: View and update information for a specific deal

  10. Events timeline: Aomni is constantly aggregating news from news, social media and 1,000’s of sources across the internet to curate only the most significant events that impact your deals. As events are added into the timeline, you will see your value props occasionally update to reflect new information.

Every deal comes with a highly-researched market report and company report, which help you (and Aomni’s AI model) understand what truly matters to your prospects. The market report is primarily focused on relevant industry trends, while the company report is focused on your specific account.
