Introduction

This guide provides a detailed explanation of how data will be shared between your CRM and Aomni. Setting up your Aomni CRM integration is easy and takes less than 15 minutes.

Currently, Aomni supports Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive CRM integrations.

Connect CRM Instance

Next, connect your CRM instance by clicking the button underneath the CRM Integration header on our “Integrations” page.

Clicking this button will prompt you to log into your Salesforce or HubSpot account and approve Aomni’s connection.

Configure Sync Settings

Important note as you get started:

Sync is only initiated when the “Update auto-sync settings” or “Confirm and start one time sync” buttons are clicked. Connecting your CRM will not trigger sync by itself.

This feature enables automatic synchronization, which occurs when a user creates or edits an account/contact in our system or in the CRM.

Note for Pipedrive users: You must also set up field mappings in Aomni for the integration to function properly. Field mappings are optional when syncing other CRMs.

Export Accounts from Aomni to CRM Create Account records in your CRM for new and updated Aomni accounts

  1. Avoid Duplicate Accounts Based on Company URL or Full Name:

    When enabled, this applies a matching rule to prevent duplicates. We search for accounts with the same root domain or name (case-insensitive).

  2. Also Export Contacts Tied to the Account Being Exported This applies only when the user clicks the CRM Sync button on the account details page. We export only user-added contacts, not AI-recommended ones.
