Aomni’s AI model can write hyper-relevant prospecting sequences, targeted 1:1 to specific contacts. Each message is personalized to the recipient’s specific business needs based on their company and role.

Aomni currently supports sequences using email (Gmail or Outlook) and LinkedIn (or both).

How to create Aomni sequences

1. To create a sequence, first make sure you have the correct account chosen, then select “Generate sequence”. Alternatively, you can start by having a contact dossier open and then select “Sequence” at the bottom.
2. Next, you can configure the sequence with your preferred sender account, prompt template and context. You have the option to let the AI choose what to write the sequence about (”AI auto select”), or you can tell the AI specifically which events and/or AI sales strategies it should use.
3. Click “continue” and your AI model will draft every message in the sequence.
4. Once a sequence draft is ready, you will be able to review it and edit individual messages,
   1. To revise a message, you can either make your edits directly on the left side, or enter instructions for the AI on the right hand side. We recommend using the AI chat for most revisions.
5. Finally, click “Continue” to go to final review. There, you can initiate the sequence or save it for future use

Sending emails and managing sequences

Integrate your inbox and LinkedIn to send messages and manage sequences directly from Aomni. You can use the AI Outbox in the Sequences tab to view sequence progress, email opens and replies.
