Connecting your Zoom account

1. Login at aomni.com/app with your email address.
2. Go to Integrations → Email & Calendar.
3. Connect Zoom account.
4. Create Zoom meeting.
5. Copy Zoom meeting link, paste it in Aomni in the Meetings tab and press Record.
6. Aomni will join the meeting.

Usage

Aomni will automatically join the Zoom meetings on your calendar and provide notes and action items before and after every meeting. Alternatively, you can add Aomni to a Zoom meeting by pasting a link to the meeting in the meetings tab.

Disconnecting your Zoom account

You can either disconnect Aomni from Zoom or from Aomni directly.

Zoom

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
2. Click Manage → Added Apps or search for the "Aomni" app.
3. Click the "Aomni" app.
4. Click Remove.

Aomni

1. Login at aomni.com/app with your email address.
2. Go to Integrations → Email & Calendar.
3. Click Disconnect next to Zoom.
